Spiritualism
Modern Spiritualism has no creeds or dogma that govern the activities of any individual involved in Spiritualism. Spiritualism accepts all religious teaching, as long as those teachings are for the highest good and spiritual development of the individual. Spiritualists often use sacred text from other world religions for their teachings and beliefs as they relate to Modern Spiritualism. Spiritualists accept and take personal responsibility for their own life and grant the same right to all humanity. We never strive in any way to convert, coerce are teachings on anyone. It is up to each individual as to what they will believe and accept, if anything. One must remember that God gave all of us total freedom of choice. It is up to us as to how we will exercise that right.
Spiritualism is not just a religion that talks to the dead; there are no dead to talk to. Life is continuous and physical death does not end anyone’s existence but is merely a change of residence from the physical world to the Spirit World – we return to the place where we came from. This does not mean that Spiritualist believe in reincarnation, some do, most are just not sure and leave the subject open for discussion.
